The Life and Times of 'James P. Erickson'

To be fair it’s now technically 3:16…but really who’s counting?  Oh man I’m finally back on an editing schedule and it’s great!  Basically playing all day with friends then as soon as people go to bed just sit on Final Cut Pro editing projects.  Grant might swing by in 2 hours to take a look at what we’ve got.  I’d like to call ‘Pic Lock’ (sp) which means visually everything looks exactly like how I want it.  Although to be fair; SFX, VO, Sound Track, Color Correction, Logos, and Animations have to still be added in the next 2 days?  Are you up for it?  I know I am!  Join me on this magical adventure…ok that’s the lack of sleep talking now.  

Most people know by know that I’ll be working with Campus Crusade for Christ (or CRU…but not until 2012) for an entire year.  My job basically is doing exactly what I’m already doing but on a much larger scale and with even more people. I’m so jazzed for this opportunity to work with such a great organization which stands on Biblical doctrine.  That’s right I just used the word ‘doctrine’ because I’m learning about these types of things now.  Everyone should check out this video CRU just released.  The first guy who talks is my friend Charlie, he’s an incredible guy but you’ll have to meet him yourself someday.  PS don’t let that opportunity run out, I’m seriously about this one.

Well the render just finished so perhaps I’ll try to catch a few zzz’s and see if Grant decides to come over…which I hope he does.  Shout out to Chris and Liz who get married in 2 days.  They’ve asked me to be the bouncer at their wedding, they misprinted my name and wrote ‘Usher’ but you all know the truth.
