The Life and Times of 'James P. Erickson'

Today is my last day on the retreat. I’ve been meeting my room mates, team leaders, and fellow female interns. We’ve discussed everything from proper meeting and work attire to car pooling schedules. Let’s just say I feel like I’m ready for anything. We also tested the buoyancy of a lawn chair with noodle weave, not as stable as you may imagine. I can’t wait to start work in September and I’m just finishing my first prayer letter. Thanks for all the prayers on a safe trip and good transition here, I really feel right at home.

Gods Answered Prayers: we prayed for a ping pong or foosball table and in less than 24 hours we were approached by a guy selling one. Community outreach here we come!
